Senior Leadership & Organisational Improvement: Held senior management positions across schools and local government, with extensive experience leading organisational reviews, restructuring and school improvement. A proven track record of strengthening leadership and provision, improving the quality of teaching, and securing better outcomes for all pupils.
Preparing for SEND Reforms: Supporting local authorities to implement SEND reforms, with a strong focus on early intervention, improving the quality and effectiveness of provision, and evaluating impact to drive continuous improvement.
School Improvement: Providing strategic support to schools and trusts across London and Kent, with a particular focus on strengthening leadership, improving teaching and learning, and raising pupil outcomes.
Current Consultancy Work Includes
SEND Provision: Reviewing existing provision to ensure it effectively meets the needs of pupils with special educational needs and is aligned with identified need and available resources.
Ofsted Support: Supporting schools and leaders in preparation for Ofsted inspection, including reviewing evidence, evaluating the impact of school improvement activity and strengthening leaders’ understanding and articulation of their school’s strengths and priorities for improvement.
Leadership Support: Providing strategic advice, coaching and challenge to headteachers and senior leaders to strengthen leadership capacity and support school improvement.
Recruitment & Performance Management: Supporting the recruitment, development and performance management of senior leaders, including headteachers, to secure strong leadership and sustainable improvement.
